£50bn rescue package for UK banks - Personal finance and investing news | Money saving tips | Financ

Read the next line carefully please which was taken from the referenced article:

"It is hoped that the extraordinary measures will provide the capital boost needed and help restore confidence to get banks lending to each other again."

Now read the body of my email to: news@sky.com :

"£50 Billion Cover Up!

I am quite disgusted with the ongoing propaganda garnered by our government(sic) and propagated by news(sic) outlets such as yours!

In Darlings speech shown by Sky at around 0745 this morning he made one utterly fateful error:

He stated that the Bail(Cop) Out would help banks begin to lend to each other long term again and alluded to the current situation being so bad that the banks had resorted to "overnight lending"!

NB : In the normal course of business banks never lend to each other long term unless there might exist, for example, a one off extraordinary transaction; an example of which I am unable to give as I have never heard of such a thing and I am a banker of some 30 years experience.

On the contrary banks ALWAYS lend to each other OVERNIGHT! It is a way of parking surplus funds for the shortest possible time:- the inter bank overnight market is in effect

a bankers' playground!

As an example note that circa 1997 over 2 TRILLION US Dollars turned every single DAY

in New York: Source? Citibank, in a paper on Money Laundering.

So, will Mr Bolton like to take up the challenge of taking on Darling and exposing his perfidy? I'm always available to assist: at a price of course!"

One couldn't make it up!

The lies continue!

Talking about Cameron set to rebut Labour claim - | MSN News UK - news

I love it! Cameron wants voters to think that he is the man to lead us!

Using this current fabricated financial pickle that the banks have got themselves into as an example he states that his character (none) and judgement (?) will suffice!

Well I can tell you that for sure it won't be his knowledge because, when I asked him some months ago around the time of the Northern Rock debacle, why he had not attacked Labour over their allowing the accounting for the takeover of Rock's debts to take place "below the line" and why banks were not being made to conform to Basel Regulations (which would have meant that no banks would be in trouble-as they haven't been in the past) he flustered and blustered and obviously didn't know what Basel Regulations are!

Pah! Another charlatan in our ONE PARTY STATE!

Talking about U.S. bailout blow triggers stampede to safety - Investing | More commentary - MSN Money UK

Good!

In a FREE market economy you let the market find it's real place. In this instance that means that the banks should foreclose on it's delinquent debtors rather than expecting innocent tax payers to cover their DELIBERATE GAFF! As an ex-international banker and senior auditor I've been saying it for a decade: Policies like "today's profits = tomorrow's losses and we don't care foster EXACTLY what has happened!

So, EAT IT CORRUPT BANKERS!

Talking about US bailout in chaos - Investing | More commentary - MSN Money UK

Quote The above category could equally be described as crap, phantasy or, even more accurately as rampant propaganda propogated by the need for greed.

No one will tell the truth; it is a self perpetuating crisis brought on by greed; a state bailout as proposed by the corrupt bUsh administration is tantamount to communism.
